Hamlet Senior Center

The Hamlet Senior Center is a municipality-operated organization overseen by the City of Hamlet in Hamlet, NC. The center is a multipurpose facility where those of the aging community 55+ can come together to become or remain active through social activities, health promotions, physical health education, intellectual needs, and many other resources, programs, and events all focused on the needs of our aging community.

The Hamlet Senior Center exists to serve as a resource center for aging community members, agency personnel, and community caregivers by serving as a beneficial resource hub and providing enrichment programs tailored to our aging community's needs.

It is HSC's right and responsibility to set operational policies that protect the Senior Center and guarantee the safety of its users. These operational policies are in addition to the policies and procedures of The City of Hamlet and any additional governmental policy or regulation that may govern the use of public buildings.

The Hamlet Senior Center is committed to enhancing our community's overall quality of life for individuals aged 55 and above. The center provides a wide range of creative programming, events, and opportunities for seniors to promote balance across all eight dimensions of wellness. Through these initiatives, the center is dedicated to nurturing the aging community and ensuring they receive the support required to thrive.
